We had an under the deck patio and firepit done last October and worked with Jason Shepherd in selecting the materials for our project. And we couldn’t be more pleased! Jason is very knowledgeable, helpful, and very accommodating to our needs and promptly responded to issues avoiding delays and a huge headache on our part. When I have a problem re: color of the stone, unexpected need for additional materials, design ideas , or hardscape questions Jason helped solve them promptly. Outstanding, reliable, and courteous customer service! We were very pleased. Special mention goes to Javier for excellent transportation and delivery and Dimas for making sure our materials are just what we ordered. Highly recommended! I recently had the absolutely most wonderful pleasure of speaking to Jason at Outdoor Living Wholesale in reference to pavers. He spent close to 1 hour with me..making a phenomenal effort to help me with paver selections..even though the selection was for a project out of his area..therefore at no economical benefit to him and his company. I am forever GRATEFUL to Jason..his knowledge of the Belgard product is excellent and endless and most terrific..he was kind, sincere, smart and sympathetic to my need for his assistance..and just overall AWESOME!
